He was lately seised in his demesne as of fee of the following. On 23 July 1430 he granted the messuage, land and meadow described as all lands, tenements, rents, services, meadows, pastures and faldage in the vills of Fakenham Magna, Sapiston, Honington and Fakenham Parva in Suffolk, and confirmed this by his charter of enfeoffment to William Galyon , Edmund Couper, clerk , and John Gerard , royal licence not obtained.
Fakenham Magna and Euston, a messuage, 25 a. land, 2 1/2 a. meadow, and pasture for 300 sheep (oves), held of the king in chief, service presently unknown, annual value 6s. 8d. and no more because the land is sandy.
He died on 5 May last. Joan and Isabel are his daughters and next heirs, and were of full age at his death, Joan aged 16 years and Isabel 14 years and more.
