Holdings

She held the manor of Stradsett in her demesne as of fee of the king of the honour of Wormegay by service of 1/2 knight’s fee. In the manor there is the site with ruinous houses, worth nothing yearly; 32s. assize rent at Easter and Michaelmas in equal portions; 100 a. arable, each acre worth 4d. yearly; 20 a. meadow, each acre worth 12d. yearly; 100 a. pasture, each acre worth 2d. yearly; and 20 a. wood, each acre worth 4d. yearly.
She was seised to herself and her heirs in fee and right of the following after the death of Margaret, who was the wife of Leonard Pigot who died without heir by Margaret. Bartholomew Pigot , lately husband of Rose, and Rose gave the manor and advowson to Leonard and Margaret to hold to them and the heirs of their bodies, by a fine levied on the quindene of St John the Baptist 1421 [CP 25/1/169/185, no. 55]n013.
Little Bittering, the reversion of the manor and the advowson of its church. The manor is held of Nicholas Beupre of his manor of Wellingham by service of 10s. rent yearly.

She died on 8 March last. Thomas Pigot her son is her next heir, aged 26 years and more.
