He held in his demesne as of fee 5 messuages, 3 tofts, 5 virgates and 3 a. arable, 8 1/2 a. meadow, and £4 4s. 3d. and a clove assize rent, from free tenants at Lady Day and Michaelmas equally, in South Moreton as follows.
‘Lowches’, 2 messuages, 2 virgates of arable and 3 a. meadow, so called, and ‘Adreshammes’, a messuage, 3 virgates of land, 5 1/2 a. meadow and £4 4s. 3d. and a clove assize rent, so called, and ‘Harwardeys’, a messuage so called and 2 tofts, all held of the king in chief by service of 1/2 knight’s fee, annual value 60s.
‘Colles’, a messuage and 3 a. arable so called, and ‘Frenssharries’, a toft so called, all held of Thomas Rothewell in socage by service of rendering 7s. and 2 capons, annual value nil.
He held 5 cottages in Wantage in his demesne as of fee of queen Joan of her manor of Wantage, service unknown, annual value 13s. 4d.

He died on 1 May 1432. Thomas Broun is his son and next heir, aged 9 years and more.
