She died on 17 July last. Walter Fitzwauter is kin and next heir of Walter, her late husband, as the son of Walter son of Walter, and aged 32 and more.

They granted them to Walter Fitzwauter, knight , and Philippa his wife, and to the heirs male of the body of Walter by licence of ‪ Richard II [CPR 1385–1389, p. 56].
