Holdings
She married George Burneby, esquire , after the death of John and they were conjointly seised of the manor of Watford by gift of John Daundelyn to George and Mary, and to the heirs of George, by a deed shown to the jurors, dated Watford 1 August 1408. Henry IV afterwards pardoned George and Mary, among others, by letters patent dated Westminster 3 February 1409, for all manner of gifts, alienations, and purchases, without royal licence, of lands and tenements held of the king in chief. The letters were shown to the jurors. George was thus seised of the manor in demesne as of fee and Mary was seised in demesne as of free tenement. George died, and Mary continued in her estate for life and died so seised.She died on 24 August last. Eustace Burneby is son and next heir of George, and aged 32 and more. John Wythemale is son and next heir of Mary, and aged 30 and more.
