Walton on the Hill, 40 a. arable, each acre worth 1d. yearly; and ½ a. wood, worth 1d. yearly, held of John Kyghle, knight , as of his manor of Walton on the Hill, service unknown.
Ewell, a messuage, worth nothing yearly; a dovecot, worth 6s. 8d. yearly; a water-mill, worth 40s. yearly; 256 a. land, each acre worth 4d. yearly; 4 a. meadow, each acre worth 12d. yearly; and 40s. rent.
Cuddington, 100 a. land, each acre worth 2d. yearly.
The lands and tenements in Ewell and Cuddington are held of the prior of Merton , service unknown; and the water-mill is held of the abbot of Chertsey by fealty and service of 5s. rent.

He died on 2 December 1431. Agnes wife of John Exham is his daughter and next heir, and aged 26 and more.
