Holdings
He held the following in demesne as of fee.
Cookham, the manor called ‘Pynkeneysplace’; 100 a. land, each acre worth 2d. yearly, sum: 16s. 8d.; 2 a. meadow, each acre worth 12d. yearly, sum: 2s.; and 5s. assize rent, held of the king in chief by suit at the hundred court of Beynhurst held every three weeks.

He died on 22 July 1430. Joan wife of John Whitehed is his sister and next heir, and aged 23 and more.

John Pynkeney , father of Arnold, and Thomas Mery, both of the parish of Cookham, have occupied the manor since his death, and taken its issues.
