He died on 31 December last. Henry Brounflete, chevalier , his son and next heir, is aged 26 and more.

Londesborough, the manor with advowson of the church there and advowson of the church of St John-del-Pyke in the city of York, that pertains to the manor. There is the manorial site, worth nothing yearly but its herbage is worth 12d. yearly; a water-mill, worth 3s. 4d. yearly; 24 bovates of land and meadow in demesne, demised at farm to various tenants for £8 yearly, payable at Martinmas and Pentecost by equal parts; and 23 tofts and 47 bovates in the hands of various tenants, demised at farm for £7 16s. 8d. yearly, payable as above.
The church of Londesborough is worth £10 yearly when vacant,
and the church of St John is worth £10 yearly when vacant.
Weaverthorpe, the manor. There is the manorial site, worth 18d. yearly; 300 a. land and meadow in demesne, annual value 50s., demised to various tenants-at-will, each acre worth 2d. yearly; and a several pasture called ‘le Burhowe’ that lies on ‘le Wald’, containing 100 a. land by estimate, worth 10s. yearly.
The manors and advowsons are held of the archbishop of York by knight service and by suit at his court at the manor of Bishop Wilton, held every three weeks. He held no other nor more lands or tenements of the king in chief or any other in demesne or service that may be taken into the king’s hands, but he died seised of the following knights’ fees that are held of the manor of Londesborough.
