There is the site, dovecot, water-mill, 300 a. arable, and 40 a. meadow, worth nothing yearly above much-needed repair; and £10 assize rent, payable at Pentecost, St Peter in Chains, Martinmas, and Candlemas by equal parts.
Beelsby and ‘le Estgarthes’, a messuage called ‘Maundevylethyng’, annual value 4 marks above payment of rent, held of Patrick de Langdale in socage as of his soke of Waltham.
Laceby, a capital messuage, annual value 40s., held of the heirs of John Skypwyth , service unknown.
Thorganby, a messuage, annual value 40s., held of the prior of the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem in England, service unknown.
Stickford, a capital messuage, annual value 4 marks, held of the king as of the duchy of Lancaster as of his honour of Bolingbroke, service unknown.
Immingham, 2 bovates of land, annual value 4s., held of the prior of Kyme , service unknown.
Horsington, a messuage, annual value 60s., held of the king as of the said honour, service unknown.
Nocton and Dunston, 2 messuages, annual value 2 marks, held of the king in chief as 1/2 knight’s fee.
Branston, a toft, annual value 6s. 8d., held of Lady Deincourt, service unknown.
Brauncewell, a toft, annual value 13s. 4d., held of the said prior of St John of Jerusalem, service unknown.

He held the following in demesne as of fee tail by enfeoffment by John Barde to him and the heirs of his body, with remainder to the right heirs of Thomas in perpetuity. [2]+
Grimsby, a croft, annual value 4s., held of the king in free burgage by 2s. yearly.
Stallingborough, 3 bovates, annual value 20s., held of John Taylboys , service unknown.
Harlaxton, the manor called ‘Swynford fee’ that extends to Harlaxton, Woolsthorpe or Woolsthorpe by Colsterworth (Wolesthorp), and Colsterworth, annual value 40s.; and
the manor called ‘Bronxfee’ that extends to Londonthorpe and Harlaxton, annual value 2 marks,
each held of the duke of York in socage as of his soke of Grantham.+[2]

He died on 20 September 1415. Thomas Belesby , his son, was then his next heir and aged 4 and more, but died a minor without heir of his body. Elizabeth wife of John Pygot, esquire , is sister and next heir of Thomas son of Thomas, and the daughter and heir of Thomas. She is aged 18 and more.

Godfrey Hilton married Hawise after the death of Thomas, and they occupied +[1]+ above and took the issues until 24 March 1422 when Hawise died. Godfrey then occupied +[1]+ and took the issues until 25 November 1429, title unknown. On 25 November, Thomas son of Thomas died, and +[1]+ was seized into the king’s hands and is still there. Godfrey also occupied +[2]+ after the death of Thomas, and took the issues, title unknown, until the said 25 November, when they also were seized into the king’s hands.
