He held the following for life by gift of Henry IV .
Parish of St Benet, Paul’s Wharf, one inn, worth 60s. yearly when leased, with an attached shop, worth 6s. 8d. yearly, held of the king in free burgage as all the city is held, service unknown.
He died on 4 July 1428. As far as the jurors can be certain, there is no heir.
The inn stood vacant after his death until 24 June following when William Philip , chevalier, occupied it and the shop by virtue of letters patent of ‪ Henry VI [CFR 1422–1430, p. 248]. He still occupies them, estate unknown.
