He held the following in demesne as of fee.
Boxted, the manor with appurtenances in Boxted and Alphamstone, held of the king in chief as of the honour of Boulogne as one knight’s fee. There is a hall with two attached chambers, worth nothing yearly; two run-down granges, worth nothing yearly; a run-down stable, worth nothing yearly; 360 a. arable, each acre worth 2d. yearly; 44 a. pasture, each acre worth 6d. yearly; 24 a. meadow, each acre worth 16d. yearly; 80 a. coppice, of which 8 a. may be cut each year after this year, each acre then worth 3s. 4d. yearly; and 10 marks assize rent taken at Easter and Michaelmas equally.

He died on 10 March 1426. Richard Boxstede is his son and next heir, and aged 12 and more.

Since Thomas’s death, Henry Aleyn and Margaret his wife, lately Thomas’s wife, have occupied the manor and taken its issues, title unknown.
