Wangford, the manor, true annual value 38s. 4d., lately of Thomas Ikworth , with advowson of the church there, pertaining to the manor, held by knight service of the abbot of Bury St Edmunds , in right of his church of St Edmund .
Orford, Sudbourne, and Gedgrave, 4 messuages, 3 tofts, 156 a. land, 5 pieces of marsh, and 16s. rent, payable at Easter and Michaelmas by equal parts, lately of John Cokerell, senior , annual value 100s. The 3 tofts are held of the king in chief, service unknown, but of whom the rest is held and by what service is unknown.
She was seised of the following in fee and right of reversion after the death of Agnes wife of Thomas Ikworth , still living. Ickworth, the manor, annual value 10 marks, held by knight service of the abbot of Bury St Edmunds , in right of his church.

She died on 4 October 1427. Katherine, daughter of John Cokerell her son, is her kin and next heir, and aged 7 and more.
