Church Hall, the manor in Paglesham in the hundred of Rochford, held of the abbot of Westminster in socage by £9 yearly. There is a house for the bailiff, 2 stables, a grange, dovecot, and cow-pasture, worth nothing yearly; 100 a. arable, each acre worth 4d. yearly; and 80 a. marsh, each acre worth 4d. yearly.
Halstead, a toft with no buildings called ‘Brendhall’, worth 2d. yearly; 14 a. arable, each acre worth 6d. yearly; 5 a. meadow, each acre worth 2s. yearly; and 13s. 4d. assize rent, payable at Easter and Michaelmas by equal parts, held of the king in chief as ¼ knight’s fee.
Halstead, a messuage called ‘Dynes’ with a house for the bailiff, 2 granges, a stable, and cow-pasture, worth nothing yearly; 100 a. arable, each acre worth 3d. yearly; 1½ a. meadow, each acre worth 18d. yearly; 20 a. pasture, each acre worth 2d. yearly; 20 a. wood, worth nothing yearly; 10s. assize rent, payable yearly at Easter and Michaelmas by equal parts, held of Lord Bourchier and the prioress of Castle Hedingham , service unknown.
Great Stambridge, a toft called ‘Byggynges’, worth nothing yearly; and 100 a. arable, each acre worth 4d. yearly, held of the prior of Prittlewell , service unknown.

He died on 15 January last. John Warner, junior , is his kin and next heir as the son of Joan his sister, and aged 29 and more.
