She held the following in demesne as of fee.
Newcastle upon Tyne, a moiety of 1/3 messuage called ‘Emuldon Place’ in the suburbs by the hospital of St Mary Magdalene outside ‘le Neweyhate’, of no annual value because totally waste. The moieties are together held of the king in free burgage as part of the vill, by rendering 2d. yearly to the master of Tyne Bridge for its repair.

She died on 5 October last. Roger Ask is her son and next heir, and aged 37 and more.

‘Jesmouthe’ alias Jesmond, a moiety of 1/3 manor with advowson of a moiety of 1/3 free chapel of St Mary there, held of the king in chief as 1/12 knight’s fee and 13½d. castleward yearly at Newcastle upon Tyne on the Sunday after the feast of the Apostles Philip and James. A moiety of 1/3 site, now totally waste, is worth nothing yearly. There are 30 a. arable demesne, each acre worth 6d. yearly: sum 15s.; 4 a. meadow, each acre worth 18d. yearly: sum 6s.; 8 a. pasture, each acre worth 6d. yearly: sum 4s.; and a moiety of 1/3 wood containing 20 a., worth nothing yearly above enclosure and the keeper’s fee, its herbage worth nothing yearly.
Date of death and heir as 193, except that the heir’s age is 38 and more.
