Holdings
He held the following in demesne as of fee.
West Hagbourne, the manor, held of the king in chief as ½ knight’s fee. There are various buildings, worth nothing yearly as ruinous; a garden, worth nothing yearly above enclosure; a dovecot, worth nothing yearly as ruinous; £4 4d. assize rent, taken at Lady Day and Michaelmas; 2 carucates of demesne land, worth £3 yearly; 12 a. meadow, worth 10s. yearly; 8 a. pasture, worth 6s. 8d. yearly; and 6 virgates, worth £3 7s. yearly and no more because two of the six are in the lord’s hand for want of tenants. The remaining four are held by various tenants-at-will.
He died seised of the following in demesne as of fee.
Chilton, a knight’s fee;
Wokefield, ½ knight’s fee; and
Coldridge or Coleridge (Colrugge), ½ knight’s fee, presently held by William Davers , and 13s. 4d. rent taken every 24 weeks, namely: 6s. 8d. for the manor of Chilton, and 3s. 4d. for each of the manors of Wokefield and Coldridge or Coleridge (Colrugge). These manors are parcel of the manor of Stanwell in Middlesex and in the possession of William Davers .

He died on 16 April last. Miles Wyndesor is his son and next heir, and was aged 10 on 1 January last.

Holdings
He died seised in demesne as of fee of the following rents and services, payable to him and his heirs, taken from the manor of Hardmead, a messuage, cottage, curtilage, lands, and tenements in Burnham, and the manor of Horton.
The manor of Hardmead and the lands and tenements in Burnham are held of the king in chief as ½ knight’s fee and by 16s. 8d. castleward at Windsor every 40 days; and
the manor of Horton is held of the abbess of Burnham as of her manor of Huntercombe by fealty and 54s. 8d. yearly.
The tenants of the following held in demesne as of fee. Burnham.
John Milton held lands and tenements called ‘Burnehameslande’ as of the manor of Stanwell as ½ knight’s fee and by 3s. 4d. ‘Wardesilver’, payable yearly every 24 weeks.
John Hille held a messuage with adjacent curtilage by 12d. yearly at Easter and Michaelmas by equal parts.
John Fyndell held a cottage with adjacent curtilage by 4d. yearly at Easter and Michaelmas by equal parts.
Agnes Jolyf held a messuage with an adjacent curtilage by 6d. yearly at Michaelmas.
Hardmead.
John Rose held the manor of Hardmead as of the manor of Stanwell as a knight’s fee and by 6s. 8d. ‘Wardesilver’, payable yearly every 24 weeks.
The rents from Hardmead and Burnham are worth nothing yearly to Richard Wyndesor because they are paid as castleward at Windsor, as parcel of the rent of the manor of Stanwell. Horton. The tenants of the following manors held them in demesne as of fee as of the manor of Stanwell by 54s. 8d. yearly at Easter and Michaelmas by equal parts. This rent is worth nothing to Richard Wyndesor because it is used to pay the abbess of Burnham .
Thomas Panter held ½ manor of Horton.
Richard Wyot held a moiety of ½ manor.
Thomas Melreth held the other moiety of ½ manor.

He held the following in demesne as of fee.
Stanwell, the manor, held of the king in chief as of his castle of Windsor as ½ knight’s fee and by £7 11s. 8d. castleward yearly, namely, 16s. 8d. every 40 days. The manorial site and its garden are worth nothing yearly. There are 2 carucates of arable, worth 33s. 4d. yearly; 50 a. meadow, worth 41s. 8d. yearly, each acre worth 10d. yearly; 100 a. pasture, worth 16s. 8d. yearly, each acre worth 2d. yearly; 20 a. exhausted woodland, worth nothing yearly; and £10 assize rent from free tenants.
Various knights’ fees and parcels of knights’ fees are parcel of the same manor. Of these he was seised in demesne as of fee and they are shown as follows.
John Tychebourne held the manor of Sheepcote of Richard as ½ knight’s fee and by 3s. 4d. every 24 weeks.
Richard Wyot held lands and tenements called ‘Cleremundes’ as ½ knight’s fee and by 3s. 4d. every 24 weeks.
John Ferby, esquire , held the manor of West Horsley in Surrey as a knight’s fee and by 6s. 8d. every 24 weeks.
William Brokes held the manor of Peper Harow in Surrey as a knight’s fee and by 6s. 8d. every 24 weeks.
The prior of New Place , Guildford, held the manor of Hurtmore in Surrey as a knight’s fee and by 6s. 8d. every 24 weeks.
The duchess of Clarence held the manor at Bagshot in Surrey as ½ knight’s fee and by 3s. 4d. every 24 weeks.
Maud Brokes held the manor of Eastbury in Compton in Surrey as ½ knight’s fee and by 3s. 4d. every 24 weeks.
Margery Knollis , daughter and heir of Henry atte Donne , held the manor of Down in Compton in Surrey as ½ knight’s fee and by 3s. 4d. every 24 weeks.
[Blank] held the manor of Berrylands in Surrey as ¼ knight’s fee and by 20d. every 24 weeks.
Thomas Brounflete held the manor of Winnall in Hampshire as a knight’s fee and by 6s. 8d. every 24 weeks.

The rents listed above are worth nothing yearly because they are used to pay castleward at Windsor as part of the service due for the manor of Stanwell.
He held in demesne as of fee the manor of West Bedfont, annual value 40s. As parcel of Stanwell manor, it was held of Richard as a knight’s fee and by 6s. 8d. every 24 weeks, payable to Richard and his heirs.
By licence of ‪ Henry V, shown by letters patent dated 23 May 1415, he granted it to Thomas, abbot of St Peter’s, Chertsey, and the convent there, in exchange for the advowson of Stanwell church together with an acre of land, parcel of Stanwell manor [CPR 1413–1416, pp. 322, 326]. The letters were shown to the jurors.
