Holdings
No lands or tenements came to the hands of ‪ Henry V nor are still in the hands of ‪ Henry VI , owing to the death of John Dabrichecourt, knight, lord of Stratfield Saye , and Joan his wife, and the minority of William their son and heir. Joan held the following to her and the heirs of her body by John Dabrichecourt , with remainder to the right heirs of John Dabrichecourt .
Great Sheep Bridge, 2 messuages, each worth 12d. yearly, and one virgate, worth 5s. yearly, held of Richard Milburne by rendering 15s. yearly.
They held the above, among other lands and tenements, by gift and enfeoffment of William Lynde , Eustace Dabrichecourt , William Rous , and William Alisandre , described as all those lands and tenements, meadows, pastures, rents, and services that John lately had by enfeoffment of Nicholas Dabrichecourt , brother of John, to John and Joan, described as John Dabrichecourt, lord of Stratfield Saye , and Joan his wife, and to the heirs of their bodies in perpetuity. Failing such heirs, the above should wholly remain to the right heirs of John as shown by the charter of enfeoffment dated Stratfield Saye 19 January 1415. The charter was shown to the jurors. They had issue: William.

John died and Joan survived. She then died without any other issue between her and John. William died without heir on 1 July 1422. By his death, the above lands and tenements should remain to John, right heir of John Dabrichecourt as his son by the body of Joan his first wife. John son of John turned 21 on 23 November last.

Thomas Rogger has taken the profits of the above lands and tenements since William’s death, title unknown.
