No lands or tenements came to the hands of Henry V nor are still in the hands of Henry VI , owing to the death of John Dabrichecourt, knight, lord of Stratfield Saye , and Joan his wife, and the minority of William their son and heir. Joan held the following to her and the heirs of her body by John Dabrichecourt , with remainder to the right heirs of John Dabrichecourt .John died and Joan survived. She then died without any other issue between her and John. William died without heir on 1 July 1422. By his death, the above lands and tenements should remain to John, right heir of John Dabrichecourt as his son by the body of Joan his first wife. John son of John turned 21 on 23 November last.
