Holdings
He held no lands or tenements of the king in chief in demesne or service. He was conjointly seised of the following in demesne as of fee tail with Isabel his wife, still living.
Sandford Orcas, ½ manor, 40 a. land, 12 a. meadow, 20 a. pasture, and 6 a. wood, ½ advowson of the church there, and homage, rents, and services of Joan wife of Thomas Knoyell, John Manyell, and William Palmere, held of Philip Hampton, service unknown, annual value 10 marks.
John and Isabel held the moieties etc. in Sandford Orcas by grant of John Guphegh, esquire, and William Hacche, chaplain, to them and the heirs of their bodies with successive remainders to the heirs of the body of John Jerard, and to his right heirs in perpetuity. The grant was made by a charter dated Sandford Orcas 26 April 1425, shown to the jurors.

He died on 25 July last. John Jerard his son by Isabel is his next heir, and aged 5 and more.
