She held the following in dower.
Gayhurst, 1/3 manor with advowson of the church there at every third presentation. The third of the site is worth nothing yearly above the repair of buildings. There is 1/3 close, worth 6d. yearly; 26 a. arable, each acre worth 3d. yearly; 26 a. land, each acre worth 2d. yearly and no more because fallow; 4 a. meadow, each acre worth 2s. yearly; 4 messuages, 2 cottages, and 3½ virgates in the hands of tenants-at-will, worth 40s. yearly; assize rent of 2½d. and 2 capons from free tenants; and 20 a. underwood that can be felled every eight years. When felled, each acre is worth 3s. yearly. Of the 20 a., 17 a. were felled, sold, and carted away the year before her death, and are thus worth nothing yearly for the next seven years. The remaining 3 a. will be worth 9s. if felled next year, and then worth nothing yearly for the next eight years. The entire manor is held of the king in chief as ¼ knight’s fee.
Stoke Goldington, 1/3 manor. The third of the site is worth nothing yearly above the repair of buildings. There are 26 a. arable, each acre worth 4d. yearly; 26 a. land, each acre worth 1d. yearly and no more because fallow and unoccupied; 3 a. meadow, each acre worth 2s. yearly; 3 messuages, 2 tofts, and 2½ virgates in the hands of tenants-at-will, worth 22s. yearly; assize rent of 18d. from free tenants; and 40 a. underwood that can be felled every seven years. When felled, each acre is worth 2s. 6d. yearly. Of the 40 a., 36 a. were felled, sold, and carted away in the year before her death and are thus worth nothing yearly for the next six years. The remaining 4 a. will be worth 10s. in A.D.1432 if cut, but not before, because they were cut in 4 Henry VI [1425] and are thus worth nothing yearly over the following seven years. The entire manor is held of the king as of the honour of Peverel, service unknown.

She died on 31 March last. John son of Joan is aged 15 and more.
