Clixby, 29 a. land, each acre worth 3d. yearly; 8 a. meadow, each acre worth 8d. yearly; and 22s. rent, held of the king by providing a falcon’s hood yearly.
Long before her death, she granted the above lands and tenements, described as all her lands and tenements in the vill and district of Clixby, to Thomas Comberworth, knight , and Robert Girdyk , and their heirs and assigns in perpetuity. The grant was made by charter dated at Clixby 6 November 1426, shown to the jurors.

She died on 12 April last. William Whaysh is her kin and next heir, as the son of John Whaysh of Beverley her brother. He is aged 30 and more.
