a moiety of a messuage and of a bovate in Ashby by Partney
jointly with John his son and heir, who survives, by demise and grant of Reginald Curtays to them for their lives, by 20s. annual rent. John is congenitally insane and is in the custody of Mary Baxster of Ashby by Partney. He held no other lands or tenements in demesne or service of the king or another, but long before his death he was seised of the following manors, lands and tenements in his demesne as of fee. He gave these to Richard Hagh , Richard Yardeburgh and John Kyghlay of Salmonby and others, and their heirs and assigns. They were seised and continued in their estate during Thomas’s lifetime without any interference with title until 3 March last after his death.
Ashby by Partney, the manor, held of Lord de Wyllughby , service unknown, annual value 5 marks.
Panton, the manor, and
West Barkwith, 3 messuages and 6 bovates of land,
held of Lord de Roos , service unknown, annual value 10 marks.
Skegness, Burgh le Marsh and Winthorpe, a messuage, 2 cottages and 3 bovates of land and pasture, held of Lord de Croft , services unknown, annual value £8.
Wragby,
1/2 manor called ‘Towtheby maner’, and
4 messuages and 7 bovates of land and pasture,
held of Walter Taylboys , services unknown, annual value £4.
Mumby and Hogsthorpe, 2 messuages and 100 a. meadow and pasture, held of John duke of Bedford of the honour of Richmond, services unknown, annual value 10 marks.
Wainfleet All Saints or Wainfleet St Thomas, 2 qrs. salt annual rent from John Foterby ’s lands and tenements.

He died on 24 February last. John Thymulby his son is his next heir and congenitally insane.
