She held the following in her demesne as of free tenement, namely in dower after the death of Richard Byeron , her former husband, reversion to John Byeron, knight , as his son and heir.

Hibaldstow, 1/3 of 2 messuages and of a virgate, of the king of his duchy of Lancaster by service of 2d. yearly, annual value 3s. 4d.
Hainton, 1/3 of 4 messuages, 100 a. land and 10 a. meadow, of John Henage of his manor of Hainton by knight service but amount unknown, annual value 20s.

She died on 13 December last. John Byeron, knight , is her son and next heir, aged 40 years and more on the day of this inquisition.
