He did not die seised in his demesne as of fee of any lands or tenements of the king or others. Long before his death and described as William Tendale, esquire , he granted to Miles Felbrigge, esquire , Thomas Palmer , William Armeston , Richard Pittes , John Palmer and Richard Wolf, clerk , and their heirs and assigns, his manors of Deene, Helpston and Stanion together with all other lands, tenements, meadow, pasture, wood and pasture which he had in Deene, Kirby, Deenethorpe, Stanion and Helpston, and all lands, tenements, rents, reversions and services which he had in Yarwell, Nassington and Tansor with the bailiwick of Old or New Sulehay and Short Wood, as is contained more fully in his charter dated at Deene, the Sunday after St Laurence 1426, shown to the jurors. These are held as follows:

the manor of Deene of the abbot of Westminster in socage and by service of rendering £18 to the abbot at Michaelmas and Easter in equal portions, annual value nil above this annuity of £18;
the manor of Helpston of the abbot of Peterborough , service unknown, annual value 20 marks;
the manor of Stanion with all lands and tenements in Tansor of Anne countess of Stafford , service unknown, annual value 20 marks;
the lands and tenements in Yarwell and the bailiwick of Queen Joan by service of [grand serjeanty] (magna...), annual value 20s.; and
the lands and tenements in Nassington of Roger Flore, esquire , service unknown, annual value 1 mark

He died on 4 August last. Thomas Tyndale is his son and next heir, aged 4 years and more.
