Callaly, the manor and vill, containing 240 a. land, each acre worth 1d. yearly; 30 a. meadow, each acre worth 3d. yearly; 23 husbandlands, each containing a messuage, 20 a. land and 4 a. meadow and each worth 4s. yearly; a several pasture, worth 2s. yearly; and a water-mill, worth nothing yearly because wasted.
Yetlington, the manor and the vill, containing 240 a. land, each acre worth 1d. yearly; 30 a. meadow, each acre worth 3d. yearly; 24 husbandlands, each containing a messuage, 20 a. land and 4 a. meadow and each worth 4s. yearly; and 9 cottages, each containing 5 a. land and each worth 4d. yearly.
The manors, vills, lands, tenements, several pasture and mill are held of the king by homage, fealty and service of 1/6 knight’s fee, £6 yearly among the great farms of the county after the terre date, 2s. 4d. for cornage, and 13s. 4d. among the particulars of the farms of the abbots, priors and other men having lands and tenements within the metes of the forest for their lands of the deforestation, all which services are paid to the sheriff of Northumberland for the use of the king; suit to the county court every 6 weeks; and 32s. to the king through the hands of the constable of Bamburgh castle for service of carting logs.

He died on 22 March last. Robert Claveryng is his son and next heir, aged 23 years and more.
