Holdings
He held no lands, tenements, rents or services of ‪Henry V‬ in chief of the crown in demesne or in service. He was seised in his demesne as of fee of
40 a. land in a place called ‘Tymbelpark’ in the vill of Greystone, with the office of bailiff of East Wivelshire hundred . The land and office were held of ‪Henry V‬ of his duchy of Cornwall of his castle of Launceston, by service of 1/12 knight’s fee and 20s. rent at Michaelmas, annual value of the land 6s. 8d. and the office 20s.
He held the following in his demesne as of fee.
Greystone, the manor, of the bishop of Exeter by service of a knight’s fee and rent of 4s. and 2 ewes. In the manor there are 8 messuages, 200 a. land, 40 a. pasture and 40 a. wood; annual value of the manor £10.
Wisewandra, the manor, of the prior of St Germans by 6d. rent in socage. In the manor there are 8 messuages, 100 a. land, 40 a. meadow, 20 a. pasture and 5s. rent; annual value of the manor 8 marks.
?Pentewan (Pentewyn Wyse), the manor, of John Arundell Trerys, knight , and Joan his wife in her right, of her manor of Allet, by service of a knight’s fee and rent of a pair of gloves. In the manor there are 14 messuages, 200 a. land, 30 a. meadow, 30 a. wood, 100 a. pasture and 20s. rent; annual value of the manor 20 marks.
Nansough, the manor, of the heir of John Pomeray, knight , of his manor of Tregony Pomeroy by fealty only. In the manor there are 5 messuages, 40 a. land and 3s. rent; annual value of the manor 6 marks.
Borlase, 4 messuages, 100 a. land, 10 a. meadow and 10 a. pasture, of the same heir of John Pomeray by fealty in socage of his manor of Tregony Pomeroy by 6d. rent, annual value 40s.
Trenault, 2 messuages, 30 a. land and 10 a. meadow, of John Arundell Trerys, knight, and Joan his wife in her right, by service of 1/20 knight’s fee and 2 1/2d. rent, annual value 10s.
Launceston, a tenement in the borough, of the mayor and burgesses of the vill in burgage, annual value 10s.
He died on 8 May 1421. Thomas Wyse , his son, is his next heir, aged 8 years and more.

John Wyse , his brother, took all rents and profits from the time of his death until now, title unknown.
