She held the following in her demesne as of fee.

Ashwell, the manor, in which there are 200 a. arable, each acre worth 4d. yearly; 10 a. meadow, each acre worth 6d. yearly; 50 a. wood, worth nothing yearly; 12 a. alder timber, each acre worth 2s. at the end of every 7 years; and 6s. 8d. assize rents at Easter and Michaelmas in equal portions by the hands of various tenants. Of these, 132 a. arable, 6 a. meadow, 50 a. wood, 6 a. alder timber and the rent are held of the king in chief by service of providing the king a ?broach (? vnum veru) at his coronation. The residue of the manor is held of John Helyon by service of 10s. yearly.
Great Bardfield, 2 messuages, each worth 10s. yearly, and 8 a. land, meadow and pasture, each acre worth 6d. yearly, of Edmund earl of March of his manor of Great Bardfield by service of 3s. yearly.
After the death of John Aspall , she married John Symond and they had issue Joan, a daughter. John Symond holds all the above by curtesy.

She died on 30 September last. John Aspall , son of the same John Aspall , is her son and next heir, aged 13 years and more.
