The jurors say that John Dynelay , brother and heir of Richard Dynelay son and heir of John de Dynelay who held of ‪Henry V‬ in chief, Richard having died a minor in ‪Henry V‬’s custody, is aged 21 years and more. Questioned by the escheator as to how they know his age, they answer that John Dynelay was born at Downham on 29 June 1402 and baptised in the church there. John de Kirbody, parish chaplain, baptised him and John Bolde of Chatburn was his godfather, Alice de Osbaldston his godmother. They recollect for the following reasons.
