100s. rent in Allington, and 1/2 manor of Allington, of Henry, late prince of Wales , of the honour of St Valery of Wallingford by service of 1/12 knight’s fee.
By fine of oct. Mich. 1408 [CP 25/1/207/30 no.48], they granted the rent and moiety to John Fromond and his heirs. John Fromond was seised and the possessor. When on her own after William Oysell ’s death, Joan remised and relaxed by her deed with close warrant, dated 5 November 1410 and shown to the jurors, all right and claim that she had in the rent and 1/2 manor. By his indented deed dated 8 November 1410, John Fromond granted the rent and moiety to Joan for life without impeachment of waste, holding of him and his heirs and paying him and his heirs 40s. annual rent at Easter and Michaelmas in equal portions. By his charter dated 13 November 1420, John Fromond granted the 40s. rent and reversion of 1/2 manor to John Harryes , Richard Walop and Richard Seman and their heirs, to whom William Park and Joan attorned by their indented deed dated 15 November 1420, and a 6d. payment. By fine levied and recorded in the court of ‪Henry VI quin. Hil. 1423 and afterwards oct. Mich. 1423 [CP 25/1/207/30 no.48], John Harryes , Richard Walop and Richard Seman and John Esteneye granted the reversion of the 100s. rent and of the 1/2 manor to Robert Thurbern, clerk , John Halle and his heirs, John Ronkele , Nicholas North, clerk , and William Byngham , to whom Joan, on her own, attorned by her indented deed dated 9 September 1423 and a 6d. payment.
She died seised of the rent and moiety for life only. Annual value of 1/2 manor 100s.

She died on 6 March last. Alice wife of William Galton is her next heir as daughter of John son of Jasper brother of William her father, and is aged 11 years and more.
