Holdings
She held the manor of Bickmarsh [Warw] for life in demesne as of free tenement by grant of Drue Barantyn, John Hareweden , William Makeneye and Richard Cudlyngton, clerk , by fine in Henry IV’s court to Elizabeth and Baldwin her late husband and the heirs of his body, remainder for want of such issue and after her death to Philip Seintcler, chevalier , and his heirs, as is contained more fully in the fine [mor. St John Baptist 1401, CP 25/1/290/59 no.32]. Baldwin died without heir and Thomas Seintcler is the son and heir of Philip, kinsman and next heir of Baldwin, and was aged 21 years and more on 25 March last. The manor is held of the abbot of Hailes by a red rose. In the manor there are the site, worth nothing yearly; 200 a. arable, each acre worth 2d. yearly and 10 a. meadow, each acre worth 12d. yearly, all in the possession of tenants at will, paying at Easter and Michaelmas in equal portions; and 4 virgates of arable held at will according to the customs of the manor, each worth 5s. yearly at the same feasts.
She died on 17 June 1422. Maud wife of John Bergh is her daughter and next heir, aged 30 years.
John Burgh, escheator for Warwickshire , took and levied all issues, from her death until the day of this inquisition.

She did not die seised in her demesne as of fee of any lands or tenements. She held for life the following by the fine in 269, shown to the jurors, between Baldwin Berford, chevalier , and Elizabeth his wife, quer., and Drue Barantyn, John Hareweden , William Makeneye and Richard Cudlyngton, clerk , deforc. The manors and advowson together with all other manors, lands and tenements in various counties were surrendered to Baldwin and Elizabeth and the heirs of his body, to hold of the chief lords of the fee for the services pertaining to the manors and advowson, remainder to Philip Seyntcler, chevalier , and his heirs, as is contained more fully in the fine. Baldwin died without heir of his body; Philip Seyntcler, chevalier , is deceased and Thomas his son is his next heir, aged 20 years and more on 25 March last.
