She held

the manor and vill of Nordley in her demesne as of fee of ‪Henry V‬ in chief by service of paying £9 to his Exchequer through the sheriff, namely £4 5s. at Lady Day and £4 15s. at Michaelmas in equal portions. In the manor and vill there are 7 carucates of arable, a water-mill, 6 a. meadow, 4 a. wood, 10 a. pasture, and 2 crofts, worth nothing over the £9.
After her death the sheriff took the issues and accounted at the Exchequer to ‪Henry V‬ and ‪Henry VI, and paid the £9 until the day of this inquisition.

She died on 23 August 1421. John Lee is her son and next heir, aged 26 years and more.
