Ralph Rademelde and Richard Bannebury occupied the manor and took the issues from the date of the earlier inquisition until the day of this inquisition by grant of Henry V by letters patent [CFR 1405–13, p.285]. Thomas Seyntcler is the son and next heir of Philip and was 21 years and more on 25 March last.
