He died seised in his demesne as of fee of the following which descended after the death of Ralph de Basset to Edmund as his kinsman and heir, Ralph having died seised in his demesne as of fee, as specified in the writ.

Tamworth, 6 marks rent.
Lichfield, a messuage.
Pattingham, a messuage.
Walsall, an enclosed plot of land, wood and pasture, called ‘Cleyhung’; a carucate of land between this vill and its park called ‘les Wastes’; and a plot of land called ‘le Conynger’.
Drayton Bassett, the advowson of a chantry in the church of five chaplains to celebrate mass for the souls of Ralph de Basset and his heirs, as specified in the writ.

Humphrey earl of Stafford is his son and next heir, aged 20 years and more on 15 August last.
