He held more lands and tenements in his demesne as of fee than were specified in either the inquisition returned to ‪Henry IV’s Chancery or the inquisition returned to ‪Henry V‬ ’s Chancery, namely the following [CIPM XIX, no. 276; CIPM XXI, no. 226].

Great Tey, 12 a. land called ‘Hooland’, formerly Henry atte Hoo’s, held of the king in chief as parcel of the manor of Great Tey, worth 6s. 8d. yearly.
Rayne, a tenement and 40 a. land called ‘Teyes’, formerly John de Teye’s, held of the king in chief as parcel of the manor of Little Dunmow, worth 40s. yearly.

Walter Fitzwauter , brother of Humphrey son and heir of Walter Fitzwauter, chevalier , is Humphrey’s brother and next heir, aged 21 years and more on 22 June last.
