manor of Burdens Ball, by Wilton,
2 messuages, a carucate of land and 6 a. meadow in South Newton and Bemerton,
by grant and demise of Robert Andrewe , Henry Chansy and Robert Loueliche, clerk . Robert, Henry and Robert demised these holdings – described as
the whole of that manor of Burdens Ball
and
all lands, tenements, meadows, pasture, rents, reversions and services which they had in the parishes of South Newton and Bemerton by enfeoffment of Cecily Thorp , mother of this Thomas
– to Agnes and Thomas – described as Thomas Thorp , son and heir of Henry Thorp, esquire and Agnes his wife – and the heirs of their bodies, remainder to the right heirs of Cecily as appears fully in the charter of Robert, Henry and Robert shown to the jurors. Agnes died seised of this estate without heir of her body by Thomas. Ralph Thorp is the son and next heir of Cecily [recte son of Thomas her son], and the manor, land, tenements, meadows, pasture, rents, reversions and services pertain to him by virtue of the remainder. He was aged 21 years and more on 11 November last.
The manor etc. is held of the abbess of Wilton , services unknown, annual value 60s.

Henry Chansy , John Benger, junior , and John Gagge took the issues since her death and still do so, title unknown.

She died on 27 November 1419. William Bonham is her brother and next heir, aged 22 years and more.
