She took the religious habit as a sister of the minoresses of the abbey, house or church of Bruisyard and was professed on 9 May last.
William de la Pole, earl of Suffolk , is her kinsman and next heir as brother of Michael son of Michael de la Pole, late earl of Suffolk , and Katherine his late wife, and is aged 26 years and more.

She was professed on 9 May 1423 in the habit of my religious order in our house, genuinely, freely and voluntarily after humble request and entreaty to me, which habit she had first assumed by authority granted to us by the papal see, and she continues to observe assiduous and devoted divine service, vigils and prayers according to her vow.
