She held for life the manor and advowson of Great Bealings, the manors of Grundisburgh, Sutton, Newton and `Cotenhall' in Kedington and `Capelles' tenement in Kedington by grant of Hugh Houel and Nicholas de Basyngham, parson of Sutton , to her and John de Tudenham and the heirs of John, reversion to Thomas Tudenham brother and heir of Robert Tudenham son and heir of John and Margery. There are in the manor of Great Bealings a hall with chambers, a grange and a stable, annual value nil, a site with a garden of 3 a., annual value 12d.; 59 a. arable worth yearly 4d. an acre; 16 a. pasture worth yearly 6d. an acre; 14 a. meadow worth yearly 3s. 4d. an acre; 5 a. mature wood, annual value nil; £8 assize rents at St. Andrew , Easter, the Nativity of St. John the Baptist and Michaelmas in equal portions; 26s. 4d. rent of free and customary tenants; 4s. 4d. perquisites of court; and the advowson, £10. The manor is held of Lord Willoughby of his manor of Bradfield Combust, service unknown. There are in the manor of Grundisburgh a site of 1 a. worth 4d. yearly; 24 a. arable worth yearly 4d. an acre; 16 a. pasture worth yearly 12d. an acre; 7 a. meadow worth yearly 3s. 4d. an acre; 10 a. mature wood; 40s. assize rents at the above four terms in equal portions; 39s. rent of free and customary tenants; and 2s. perquisites of court. The manor is held of Lord Willoughby of his manor of Bradfield Combust, service unknown. There are in the manor of Sutton a site with buildings, annual value nil; 20 a. arable worth yearly 2d. an acre; 3 roods of meadow worth 20d.; 7 a. underwood which can be cut every twelfth year when it is worth 3s. 4d. an acre but nothing this year because it was cut 6 years ago; £4 assize rents in Sutton, Chattisham, Alderton and Bromeswell at Easter and Michaelmas in equal portions; and 6s. rent of free and customary tenants in those townships. The manor is held of the earl of Suffolk , service unknown. There are in the manor of Newton a site with buildings, annual value nil; 260 a. arable worth yearly 8d. an acre; 20 a. pasture worth yearly 12d. an acre; 14 a. meadow worth yearly 4s. an acre; 3 a. underwood which can be cut every twelfth year when it is worth 3s. an acre; 100s. assize rents in Newton, Creeting, Coddenham, Gosbeck and Tuddenham at the four terms mentioned above in equal portions; 46s. 8d. rent of free and customary tenants in those townships; and 13s. 4d. perquisites of court. One moiety of the manor is held of the king in chief by knight service, the other of the Earl Marshal by fealty for 4d. yearly. There are in the manor of `Cotenhall' in Kedington a site of 4 a. with buildings, annual value nil; 207 a. arable worth yearly 6d. an acre; 60 a. pasture worth yearly 4d. an acre; 10 a. meadow worth yearly 4s. an acre; 14 a. underwood in various little groves which can be cut every tenth year when it is worth 3s. 4d. an acre but nothing this yearbecause it was cut 4 years ago; 34s. assize rents at Easter and Michaelmas in equal portions; and 3s. 4d. perquisites of court. The manor is held of the abbot of Bury St. Edmunds , service unknown. There are in `Capelles' tenement in Kedington a close and a little grove of underwood, 4 a., annual value 3s. 4d.; 48 a. arable worth yearly 6d. an acre; 8 a. pasture worth yearly 4d. an acre; 4 a. pasture called `Capelmerssh' worth yearly 4d. an acre. The tenement is held of the abbot of Bury St. Edmunds , service unknown. She also held 1/3 manor of Eriswell and the advowson of the church of the township in dower from her husband John. There are in it a site and 3 a. worth 3s. 4d.; a close called `Calvespitell', 2 a., annual value 2s.; 66s. 8d. assize rents at the two terms mentioned above in equal portions; 20s. rent of free and customary tenants there; the advowson, £10. The entire manor is held of the king in chief for 2 knight's fees of the honor of Boulogne.

She died on 9 June 1416. Thomas Tudenham is the next heir of both Margery and John, aged 21 years and more.

Nicholas Wychyngham , Henry Inglose and John Felioz occupied the lands from the day of her death until 16 Sept. following but by what title the jurors do not know. By letters patent dated at Bishop's Waltham 11 July 1417 [CFR 1413-22, pp. 205-6] the king granted the keeping of the lands, which ought to descend after the death of Robert Tudenham to Thomas Tudenham as his brother and heir, to John Rothenhale, knight , and John Wodehous, esquire , from 16 Sept. 1416.
