A messuage and a bovate in Holbeck which came into the hand of Richard II by reason of the outlawry, promulgated in Nottinghamshire, of John Cut junior , formerly her husband, remains in the hand of the present king. Alice had an estate for life in the land, reversion to John Kirkeby and his heirs. They are held of the heir of Lord Darcy for 2s. 8d. yearly, annual value 6s.
She died on 27 July last, next heir unknown.
