His kinsman John Sparewe , whose heir he was, was seised of the following in his demesne as of fee: a toft and 4 a. arable [in Hardington] held in chief for 1/20 of 1/4 knight's fee, annual value 2s.; 2 messuages and a dovecot held of the king in free burgage in Milborne Port for 1d., annual value 6s.; 12 messuages and 3 a. arable in Langport held of the earl of Somerset , a minor in the king's wardship, annual value 43s. 4d.; a messuage and 2 cottages and 16 a. in Kingston held of William Carent junior , service unknown, annual value 26s. 8d.; 5 messuages in Yeovil held of Thomas Harlyng, parson of [Yeovil ], service unknown, annual value 23s. 4d.; [6 messuages] in Stoford held of John Rogger in free burgage as the entire town is held, service unknown, annual value [30s.]; 26 a. arable in Barwick held of John Rogger , service unknown, annual value 6s. 8d.; a messuage and 10 a. in Alston, held of [ John Wynford ], service unknown, annual value 4s.; 5 messuages, [116 a. arable and 13 a.] meadow in Hardington held of Robert Cary , service unknown, annual value [60s.]; 2 messuages, 47 a. arable and 4 a. meadow in North Perrot held of [ William Neuton ], service unknown, annual value 60s.; a messuage, 12 a. arable and [2] a. meadow in Horsington held of John Russell , service unknown, annual value 6s. 8d. All descended on John's death to Robert as his kinsman and heir, i.e. son of Robert son of Adam father of Alice mother of John father of John Sparewe . By a charter dated 8 May 1418 Robert granted them to Roger Lever , who was seised and by a charter dated 9 May 1418 granted them to ‪ Henry V, Thomas of Lancaster, duke of Clarence , deceased, John, duke of Bedford , Humphrey, duke of Gloucester , Thomas de Beauford, duke of Exeter , Thomas de Langele, bishop of Durham , ... Ursewik , Thomas de Ursewik , Robert's brother, John son of John Southworth and the heirs and assigns of Robert for ever. The feoffees were seised. On 2 June 1418 John Stourton intruded himself into the lands and still occupies them and takes the profits.

He died without issue on 3 Nov. 1420. Thomas Ursewik is his brother and next heir, aged 40 years and more.

All other findings as in 885.
