There are in the manor the site of the manor containing 8 a., annual value nil; 90 a. arable, worth yearly 3d. an acre; 8 a. meadow worth yearly 12d. an acre; 4 a. wood, annual value nil; 4 1/2 a. underwood which can be cut every eighth year when it is worth 2s. an acre, but nothing this year because it was cut in 1418-19; 4 a. marsh worth yearly 2d. an acre; and 6s. 8d. assize rents at the same terms as above in equal portions.

He died on 20 Dec. 1420. William Calthorp son of John Calthorp, knight , son of William Calthorp, knight , is his kinsman and next heir, aged 11 years on 30 Jan. 1421.
