There are in the manor the site, 7 virgates each containing 20 a. arable, another 40 a. arable worth yearly 2d. an acre, 30 a. meadow worth yearly 12d. an acre, 30 a. pasture worth yearly 10d. an acre, a water-mill, annual value 30s., and £9 assize rents at Michaelmas, Christmas, Easter and the Nativity of St. John the Baptist in equal portions. Long before he died, by a deed dated 26 June 1415 and shown to the jurors, Thomas granted £4 yearly rent from the manor at Easter and Michaelmas in equal portions to John Sumpter .
Date of death as in 764. His widow Margaret gave birth on 14 Aug. following to a daughter Margaret, now aged 8 weeks and 4 days. John Marny , aged 21 years and more, was Thomas's heir apparent until the birth of Margaret.

The reversions of the manor of Kilquite, annual value £30, and 1/2 manor of Pencarrow, annual value 100s., are held of John Dynham, knight , of his manor of Cardinham by knight service; the reversions of 1/3 manor of Tremodrett, annual value 70s., and 1/3 manor of Trevelyn, annual value 51s. 8d., of the king of his castle of Launceston of his duchy of Cornwall by knight service; the reversion of 1/3 of 16 messuages and 200 a. arable in Tredower, annual value 60s., of John Dynham, knight , service unknown; the reversion of 1/2 of 12 messuages and 140 a. arable in Trethowan, annual value 50s., of the heirs of John de Lanughergy, service unknown; and the reversion of the advowson of St. Endellion, annual value nil, of Alice Bonvyle of her manor of Polrode, service unknown.
