She held for life the manor of West Horsley with its park and warren and the advowson of the church of West Horsley by grant made with the king's licence to her, Richard Berners , formerly her husband, and the heirs of their bodies, by Thomas Knolles , citizen and alderman of London, William Cheyne , Philip Amondesham and Richard atte Sonde . The manor is held of the king in chief of his barony of Windsor by knight service, annual value £24.

She died on 2 Oct. last. Margery, her and Richard Berners 's daughter, is her next heir, aged 11 years and more.

There are in the 1/3 manor 120 a. arable worth yearly 1 1/2d. an acre, 5 a. meadow worth yearly 20d. an acre, 6 a. underwood worth yearly 10d. an acre, 9s. 1d. assize rents at Michaelmas and Easter in equal portions, 25s. 11 1/4d. customary rents at the four principal terms, 11 hens at the lord's will worth 1 1/2d. each at Christmas, 4s. 5 1/4d. customary rent called `larderselver' at St. Martin in winter, and 16s. 1 1/4d. from various works and customary services at the lord's will. The 1/3 manor is held of the bishop of London for 1/3 knight's fee.
