There are in the manor a hall, chamber, malt-kiln, stable and 2 barns with a garden, annual value nil, 5 messuages and 8 cottages, annual value nil, 4 carucates each worth yearly 20s., 4 a. meadow each worth yearly 12d., 4 fallow carucates for pasture, each worth yearly 16s. an acre, 15 a. wood, annual value 8s. 4d., and perquisites of court with view of frankpledge, annual value 40d., all which comprise the entire manor. He also died seised in his demesne as of fee of 2 messuages in Thorpe Langton, annual value nil, and 3 [unlocated] virgates in the same county, annual value 26s. 8d., held of the principality [of Wales] of the honor of Huntingdon, service unknown. Because of his death and the minority of his son and heir John the manor, messuages and virgates came into the hand of ‪ Henry IV and remain with the present king.

She died without and heir of her body on 19 Dec. 1420. Mary wife of Robert Stonham, esquire , is her sister and next heir, aged 15 years and more.

There are in the manor the site, annual value nil, 200 a. arable, annual value £4, 10 a. meadow, annual value 20s., 6 a. pasture, annual value 6s., 40s. assize rents, a water-mill, annual value 6s. 8d., and 30 a. wood, annual value 6s. 8d. For the reasons mentioned in the previous inquisitions the manor remains with the present king.
