In the presence of Robert Boynam , guardian and attorney of Anchoret, Gilbert's daughter and heir, and Thomas Mauger , Beatrice's attorney, the following were assigned: 1/4 manor of Weston Turville called `Boteleresmaner' and the advowson of the church of Weston Turville at the third turn of presentation; 1/3 of a hall on the east; 1/3 chamber called `drawyngchambre' with free ingress and egress; 1/3 of 2 1/2 bays of a grange on the south with free ingress and egress; 1/3 ruinous dovecot with free ingress and egress; 1/3 large garden called `le Grove' on the east; 1/3 of 1/4 garden called `Colverwyk' on the south; 1/3 of 1/4 garden called `le Joupehey' on the west; 1/3 of 1/4 garden called `Cranewyk'; 1/3 of 1/4 garden called `Aldewyk' with free ingress and egress; 1/3 fishery with pond both inside and outside the manor; 1/3 of 1/4 ruinous water-mill called `Castelmull'; 8s. 9 1/4d. assize rents from various tenants for their lands and tenements and also their services, i.e. 2s. 8d. from Geoffrey Newman for a messuage held freely, 3s. 1d. from Alan Bate for a messuage and 2 portions of arable held freely, and 3s. 0 1/4d. from Thomas Ravenyng for a portion of a messuage and a virgate; 3 a. demesne arable in `Ruggeweyfeld', `Middelfurlong' next `Merewey' and `Longacre' near `Merewey'; 5 a. demesne arable in `le Westfeld' extending as far as `Blakefurlong'; 3 a. arable in `le Southfeld' in a furlong called `Pesefurlong' extending as far as `Berelese'; 2 1/2 a. demesne meadow in `Stratteford' next `Moleyneshok' extending on the west as far as `Westonbrok'; 1/3 pasture called `le Hadon'; 1/3 of 1/4 pasture called `Oxenlese' on the east; 1/3 2s. yearly rent from the manor of Moulsoe paid by the tenants there; 1/3 of 5 1/2 knight's fees in Whitchurch, Great Linford, Great Kimble or Little Kimble, Beachampton, Lillingstone Dayrell, Addingrove, Leckhampstead, Lamport and Bourton which Thomas Rolf and Walter Bodelgate hold, annual value £25; 1/3 of 1/2 knight's fee in Woolstone which Thomas Pever holds, annual value 100s.; 1/3 of 1/2 knight's fee in Dorton which Elizabeth, Lady Clinton , holds, annual value 100s.; 1/3 knight's fee in Chilton and Easington which Thomas Pever holds, annual value £10; 1/3 of 1/2 knight's fee in Wotton Underwood which Richard Grenevile holds, annual value 50s.; 1/3 knight's fee in Moulsoe which Richard Bamme holds, annual value £10; 1/3 knight's fee in Walton which the heirs of John de Graynesford hold, annual value 100s.; 1/3 knight's fee in Fawley which Thomas Sakevyle, knight, holds, annual value £10; 1/3 fee in Edgcott which Gillian Priour holds, annual value 50s.

In the presence of Boynam and Mauger as in 686 the following were assigned: 1/3 of 1/2 knight's fee in Edworth held by John Bullok of Eaton Bray or Eaton Socon, annual value £4; 1/3 of 2 knight's fees in Everton held by Hugh Loterell and John Martyn , annual value 5 marks; 1/3 of 1/3 knight's fee in the same township held by the prior of St. Neots, annual value 2 marks; and 1/3 knight's fee in Arlesey held by Joan, Lady Cobham , annual value 100s.
