She held for life the manor, lordship and township of Kenton by grant of William Chesman and John de Toffyn , reversion to her son William Benet and the heirs of his body, and failing his heirs, successive reversions in fee tail to her sons John Mulcastre , Thomas de Mulcastre , Robert de Mulcastre , William Mulcastre , Richard de Mulcastre , and their sister Joan, wife of Henry Gray , remainder to the right heirs of Alice. Long before her death she released her estate in the manor, lordship and township to her son William Benet , who was admitted and was seised at the time of the taking of this inquisition.

Kenton. The manor, lordship and 1/2 township were formerly held by William de Newehame who gave them to his daughter Iseult, and of which 3 messuages and 7 bovates called `Ellerkarland' were held of Henry, Lord le Scrope , at the time of the release and for long afterwards by a rose, if asked for, at the Nativity of St. John the Baptist for all services and are now held of the king as an escheat for the same service by reason of Henry's forfeiture. The other 1/2 township of Kenton, formerly held by Ralph de Neweham who granted it to his niece Iseult, were held of Henry at the time of the release for 1/20 knight's fee, suit of court at Newham three times a year and by service of 5s. at Whitsun and Martinmas. That 1/2 is also now held of the king as an escheat by reason of Henry's forfeiture. Annual value of the manor, lordship and township 42s. and no more because the land is barren and unproductive.
She was also seised in her demesne as of fee of a certain common pasture or moor in South Gosforth which was held by Robert de Insula , lord of the township of South Gosforth. By a certain charter shown to the jurors Robert granted his animals in the moor to John son of Robert de Kynton in fee, rendering 1 lb. cumin at Martinmas to Robert.
South Gosforth. The pasture, annual value 2s., was formerly held of Robert Lysle, knight .

She died on 3 March 1420. William Benet is her son and next heir, aged 34 years and more.
