They are held of John, Lord Ros , of his castle of Belvoir, service unknown.
She died on 30 June last. Giles Daubeney, knight , who survives aged 25 years and more, is the son and next heir of Margaret and of Giles named in the writ.

John Hull , John Wadham , knights, deceased, William Daubeney , William Lynne , who survive, Robert Kylby and William Goldyngton , deceased, were seised of the manor of Trenay with the lordship of Fawton, Polruan and Essa, members of the manor, in their demesne as of fee, except the rents and services of certain free tenants there, all of whom owed suit of court at Trenay twice a year at Hockday and Michaelmas and held by doing knight service with fealty, but by what portion of a fee each held the jurors do not know: i.e. Warin le Archedekene, knight, pays 12d. at Christmas, Easter, the Nativity of St. John the Baptist and Michaelmas to Giles Daubeney, knight , and his heirs in equal portions; Richard Sergeaux, knight , 2s. 6d.; John Mulys of Trelask, 12d.; Oliver Wyse , 23d.; and John Lucombe , 2s. 6d., all of whom and their predecessors held in fee of Giles father of Giles, who survives, and his predecessors of the manor of Trenay in Tolborough, Bokenna, Castelmawgen, Trelask and Trethinnick. All now hold of Giles Daubeney, knight , son of Giles. So seised, the feoffees by a charter dated at Trenay 7 Oct. 1403 and shown to the jurors demised the manor of Trenay and the lordship of Fawton, Polruan and Essa for life to Margaret, remainder to the heirs of Giles Daubeney the father. There are in the manor a capital messuage with a garden and curtilage, annual value nil; 10 tofts, annual value 6s. 8d.; a dovecot, annual value 12d.; 360 a. arable worth 4d. an acre; 1,000 a. ?common pasture called `More' and 'Was[t]' worth 1d. an acre; 40s. rents of customary tenants, paid yearly at the 4 usual terms; 20 a. great wood (boscus grossus), annual value nil.
