He held no lands in his demesne as of fee, by service or by reversion of either Henry IV or Henry V, and none came into the king's hand either by his death or because of the minority of his son John. John Beauchamp, knight , by deed gave to John Arundell, Lord Mautravers , William Stourton , deceased, William Felmesham , John Peterich and John Gardiner, clerk , who survive, the manors of Bletsoe and Keysoe and the advowson of the church of Bletsoe. Afterwards all but Stourton, who had died, gave the manors and advowson for life to Edith, widow of John Beauchamp, knight , who survives as the wife of Robert Shotysbroke, knight , remainder to John's right heirs. Annual values:
John son of John died on 20 July last. Margaret Beauchamp is the sister and next heir of John the son, aged 11 years and more.
