2 chambers on the south side of the hall in the manor of Assington, 1/3 kitchen on the south side of the manor, a stable and 1/3 grange on the north side, 20 a. arable in each of the south, east and west fields, worth 12d. an acre, and 40s. rent from various tenements held of the manor. Annual value of the chambers, 1/3 kitchen, stable, and 1/3 grange 33s. 4d. yearly. The manor is held of the king in chief by knight service.

She died on 31 Jan. 1419. Sibyl daughter of Robert Corbet is her next heir, aged 34 years and more.

Guy Corbet, esquire , has occupied the premises and taken the profits since Joan's death, by what title the jurors know not. [See 236]
