He held of John son and heir of Philip Seyntcler, knight , in his demesne as of fee by knight service the manor of Southall, annual value £10.

He died on 4 April 1416. William Selwyne is his son and next heir, aged 17 years and more.

John Pelham, knight , occupied the manor from Nicholas's death until the taking of this inquisition and has received the profits, by what title the jurors do not know. William son of Nicholas is in the wardship of John Pelham .
