She held for life of the inheritance of Elming's son and heir Thomas 1/3 manor of Tottenham called Bruces, held of the king in chief, annual value 20s., by grant and feoffment of Ralph Chamberleyn and others to Elming and Alice and the heirs of Elming. In the same way she holds Mockings manor in Tottenham and Edmonton, which is held in equal parts of Idony Walden and the heirs of Adam Fraunceys and others by knight service, annual value 6 marks.

She died 1 April last. Thomas, her son and heir as well as Elming's, is aged 17 years and more.
