In the presence of Robert James and Richard Gratele, next friends of Thomas, son and heir of Thomas de la Pole, knight, the following were assigned: the manor of Marsh Gibbon, of which Thomas was seised in fee at his death; 2 bays at the end of the hall on the west side with free ingress and egress; 1 1/2 bays of the large barn on the north side; 1/3 annual profits of a dovecot; 3 bays of a building called `le coweshepene' on the north side; 1/3 of the same building towards the south called `le rekeyard'; 1/3 croft called `le Barlycroft' on the north side; 1/3 croft called `le Impehey' on the south side; 1/3 messuage with 1/3 of 2 crofts of a carucate; 1/3 of 2 cottages which Richard Wylkokes holds for life by deed; 1/3 of a messuage, 1 1/2 virgates and a ferling which John Dosyer formerly held by deed; a messuage with a croft and a virgate which John Webbe holds according to the custom of the manor; a toft with a virgate which John Newenton holds; a messuage with a virgate which the same John holds; a toft with a garden and 1/2 virgate which John Webbe holds; a toft with a virgate which William Asoun holds; a virgate which Thomas Asoun holds; a messuage with 2 a. arable, a toft and a ferling which Agnes Webbe holds; a messuage with a virgate and a toft with 1/2 virgate which John Crouleton holds; a messuage with a virgate; a messuage with a garden called `Redehedes'; a messuage with a garden formerly of John Forst; a toft and 1 a. arable called `Vykerys' which Robert Redehed now holds; a toft and 1 a. arable; a messuage with 1/2 virgate; a virgate of `bordlond' which Thomas Redehed holds; a messuage and a virgate, a toft and a virgate which John Bryd holds; 1 a. arable called `Burycroft' on the south; 1 a. arable at `Longeyerd' on the west; 1 a. arable at `Nulnesbreche' on the west; 1 a. arable at `Baubroch'; 2 a., each called '[C]ulenacre' on the north; 2 a. in the same furlong on the west; 2 a. at `Stanmerslade'; 3 a. at `Holslade' called `le Myddelpece'; 1 a. arable on the north side of the site of the manor; 2 a. arable at the piece called `le Welle'; 1/3 pasture called `le Estfeld' on the east side of the township by `le Nastmed'; 1 a. pasture next `le mere' called `le Breech' on the south; 6 a. meadow in the east part of a meadow called `Nesmed'; 2 a. at `le Longedole' in `Yhghtmed' on the west; 2 a. meadow at `...more' on the south side of a meadow called `le Reefham'; 1 a. meadow called `le Inmed'; 1 a. called `le Reefham'; 3 a. at `le Sevenacrs'; 7 roods in `le Smythmed' on the south.
