She held in demesne as of fee tail 6 messuages and 6 virgates in Stratfield Saye, annual value 20s., held of John Fromond in socage by service of 1 lb. pepper; 2 cottages and 1/2 virgate in Heckfield, annual value 2s., held of Robert Knolle in socage paying 16d. for all services; a yearly rent of 40s. from certain lands and a mill in Bramley and Watford held of Thomas de Ponynges and which John Daubryggecourt had by feoffment of William Lynde , Eustace Daubryggecourt , William Rous and William Alisaundre , and by grant of his brother Nicholas Daubryggecourt , in the township and fields of Great Sheepbridge, to hold to John and Joan and the heirs of their bodies, remainder to John's right heirs, by a deed dated at Stratfield Saye 19 Jan. 1415 from William, Eustace, William and William to John and Joan. John and Joan had issue William Dabrichecourt .
Joan died on 7 Sept. 1419. William Dabrichecourt is her son and next heir, aged 3 years and more.

She held in fee tail 2 messuages and 1 1/2 virgates in Great Sheepbridge, annual value 5s. and held of Richard Milborne in socage by service of 15s. yearly, which she and John Daubryggecourt, knight, formerly lord of Stratfield Saye , had by grant as above. Other findings as above, except that Thomas Renger , by what title the jurors do not know, has occupied the lands and taken the profits since Joan's death.
